Welcome to Balist. By creating an account or using Balist you agree to these Terms of Use (this “EULA”). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

No tolerance for objectionable content or abuse

Balist has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post, share, or transmit any content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, discriminatory, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

Prohibited items include weapons, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit products, live animals, and anything illegal under Indonesian law.

Moderation

• You can flag any listing you find objectionable using “Report listing”.
• You can block any user; their content is removed from your feed immediately.
• We review reports and blocks and act on objectionable content within 24 hours, removing the content and ejecting users who violate these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for the content you post and for keeping your account secure. You can delete your account at any time from your profile; deleting your account permanently removes your listings and personal data.

Transactions

Balist is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users and are not responsible for items, payments, or meetings arranged between users. Always meet safely and inspect items before paying.
